Have you ever wondered . . .
-
WHO wrote the Bible?
-
HOW do we interpret it?
-
WHEN did the Bible become a book?
-
WHY do we have so many different translations?
-
WHAT can we do with all of those translations in our personal study of the Bible?
You're not alone! Here in Dr. Berry's PodClass, "What's the Word?" we will look into these questions by speaking with Christian scholars and ministry leaders. These conversations not only help us think more deeply about the Bible, and introduce us to a variety of perspectives about it, but actually build up our faith. This PodClass is not designed for a "deconstruction" of faith, but aims to show how deep conversation about it can increase our love for God and His Word.
Together, we can engage in a form of online Christian continuing education, which can be used in your personal study of the Bible, in a small group setting, as part of a Sunday school class, or as supplemental material in a college class.
Be part of the conversation by listening on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube and sharing with a friend!
